Our Fitness Xtreme class is 30 minutes of strengthening and 30 minutes of cardio, designed to mix anaerobic (weights) with aerobic (cardio) exercising to help you achieve your ultimate workout. Your 30 minute strength trailing will consist of weight training or exercises that utilize your own body weight, and your 30 minute cardio session will be a mixture of spinning bikes, elliptical, treadmills, and outside exercises.
