Our Kid’s class uses all the fundamentals of BJJ, however it is broken down to be understood by our younger generation. The class consists of physical activities and different drills to exercise their whole body and coordination. One of our goals is to guide the kids as they develop their spirit of an athlete and competitor. The class teaches them how to protect themselves and demonstrate upmost self control and respect towards themselves and others. Not only are we developing their skills and physical condition, but also challenging their minds by having them learn and retain the different techniques and know the names of each, while at the same time always having a lot of FUN!
