30/30 Physical Conditioning
Our “30/30” class is designed specifically for that busy person who just doesn’t have hours to spend in the gym. This class is EXACTLY 30 minutes long with every exercise being 30 seconds in duration. It’s the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercises to maximize your training in that small window of time. Also, with combinations of cardio interval blasts, circuit training and strength fusion, 30/30 class is sure to give you that hard sweat and that great muscle pump without feeling the boringness that comes with same old weight training.
This class is specifically designed for that person just looking to get in shape, or for that elite athlete looking for that extra workout to put their training over the top. Starting on time and FINISHING on time, if you are looking for a fun, high energy class, 30/30 is the class for YOU!
