George Lawler is an attorney with an office in Cromwell. He is a former paratrooper, former rugby player and has been a cyclist for years. He started spinning 15 years ago and realized that it is an amazing low-impact exercise that can be tailored to increase ones cardio fitness as well as leg strength.
George began weight training in 1980 and has continued to frequent gyms since that time. A few years ago a mountain biking accident left him with a broken femur and it curtailed any exercise for months. Instead of giving up on biking he has doubled down on his fitness training and became a certified spin instructor to regain the strength and endurance he once had. George’s spin classes will use the motivation of rock and roll music. After 15 years of spinning listening to top forty pop hits he thought that a good dose of rock and roll would help bring new students to the spinning room.
