If the holidays left you feeling tired and out of shape, then this 8 week program will get you back on track fast and make 2017 your healthiest year yet!

The program includes dedicated group personal training sessions, a strong focus on accountability, diet and all the support you need to reach your fitness goals, drop the extra pounds and lose body fat.

Open to members and non-members.

Program starts January 10th and runs for 8 weeks. Training sessions will be Tuesday and Thursday evenings and some weekend sessions.
